    Indepth Profiles, Inc. has been in the background screening business for over 20 years. Indepth Profiles, Inc. supplies nationwide public records to businesses which need information for employment purposes only. Check out our Summary of Services page for a list of services. Due to liability reasons, we do not provide services to individuals.

    Client size does not matter. Our clients can purchase one report or more. We service clients from small businesses to billion dollar corporations.
     

  4. How can I place an order?

    Clients may submit their information via fax or through our “INPRO” system. With “INPRO” our clients can monitor their requests through a secure, web-based system, which allows them to monitor the status of the request, retrieve, and print results 24/7/365. A username and password is furnished.

     

  5. What is the “Red Flag” Rule?

    When a criminal record is retrieved showing a criminal history, you will be notified immediately. This will stop the work-in-progress in order for you to make a decision to continue. This can save you money.
     

  6. How fast is Indepth Profiles’ turnaround time?

    Our turnaround time is usually 24-72 hours.
     

  7. Where is the information retrieved?

    Indepth Profiles, Inc. goes directly to the 3,300 county courts, local courthouses, all 50 states and government repositories. It provides you with the latest, most accurate, information.

    Indepth Profiles, Inc. provides you with our toll-free number (800) 364-8319. Our staff is ready to help you solve the problem and provide you with great customer service.
     

  9. What are the signup fees?

    There are NO signup fees, NO startup costs, NO software to buy, NO monthly service fees. Once an order is placed you are billed only for the services purchased.
     

  10. How are we billed?

    For credit card billing, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Monthly invoicing can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed. Billing is Net 10 days, with the option of Net 30 once service is established.
