We provide you with the latest and most accurate information that is derived from the 3,300 county courts, local courthouses, and state and government law enforcement agency repositories. We capture information that includes arrests as well as cases that make it to court. Some free sites that provide county information may not include arrests. Some records may not be posted for days or even weeks after a violation occurs. In Oklahoma for instance, we have obtained Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) records that are as recent as 12 hours post violation.
